Course
The course is a flat and fast quarter of a marathon (3 laps, which measures the total of 10,548.75 meters).

Entry fee
SEK 195, payment no later than March 8, 2010.
300 SEK, payment from 9 - 16 March.

Changing rooms
There are limited opportunities for changing and there are no shower facilities.

Bags and valubles
Storage available in connection with the start and finish area.

Water stations
There will be water and energy drinks served at the start and finish area, and every 3 k.

How to get to the start and finish area
We recommend that you walk or take the bike to the start or use the public transport. Frihamsmotet is the nearest bus stop (tram 5, 6 and 10). If you go by car anyway - follow signs for the Frihamnsmotet.

Parking
There are a limited number of parking spaces at the start and finish area. The is also parking space at Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen/Backaplan.

In GöteborgsVarvet HM the participants start in waves, in a large number of different starting groups. Participants are located into these groups according to the following rules »

- What about my time in GöteborgsVarvet Seedingslopp / Pre race?
If you have run GöteborgsVarvet before and you run GöteborgsVarvet Seedingslopp / Pre race, it's the best time that counts - you cannot be located in a poorer start location if you have done a relatively better time in the GöteborgsVarvet HM over the last two years.

- Where can I find out my startup group in GöteborgsVarvet HM?
Your starting group in GöteborgsVarvet HM we will inform you of in the detailed information we will send you approximately three weeks before the race.

- How long is my time from GöteborgsVarvet Seedingslopp / Pre race valid?
The time from GöteborgsVarvet Seedingslopp / Pre race, you can use for GöteborgsVarvet HM 2010.

GöteborgsVarvet Seedingslopp / Pre race will be conducted in accordance with the Swedish Athletic Association rules for long distance. Each entry is personal and cannot be transferred to another runner. Each runner will compete at their own risk.
